One of the reasons why I booked this was because they advertise 24 hour shuttle for airport and that was not the case they will get you a taxi. Also, the food at the hotel was very expensive as well as laundry services but everyone here was very nice very pleasant and helpful

I would like to give a very positive review for Witt, the strength coach at the fitness center on the 24th floor. He keeps the gym in perfect order and cleanliness, treats every guest with kindness, and gives professional guidance on exercises for each muscle group. His attitude reflects the true culture of Thailand—respectful, professional, and inspiring. The Rembrandt Hotel is lucky to have him.
