- [ ] Rembrandt Hotel staff are both professional and helpful, room is cleaned throughout efficiently Thanks to Wi and Mia. The Rembrandt Hotel is close to the Asok BTS Station, Terminal 21, Emporium Shopping Centre and IKEA, the IKEA shopping centre has an amazing food are on the ground floor so many choices, very popular with the local Thai people. The Rembrandt also has a curtesy PutPut to take you to the end of SOI 18, less walking for you. In Soi 18 I can highly recommend Ayothaya Massage shop, had both Oil and Traditional Massage very professional and made comfortable, tea was very nice provided at the end of the massage

I would’ve given it five stars because it’s a really good value for the money expended. But the shower was so cold. I asked several times and they never could get it right. After a long international flight, I’m really looking forward to a good shower and they disappointed me there.

Loved the staff extremely helpful and friendly. Tua was great. and Kevin was a great help at front desk .helping me with my wifi . And the guy at the gym was amazing .great customer relations . Only issuewas the room charge .from eating at the pool restaurant was about 400 to 500 more bhat than we spent we left a gratuity then they charged us a gratuity. 2 beer and 2 water and 3 tacos and a burritos should not come to 85 canadian dollars.

My experience at the Rembrandt Hotel was very pleasant. The location is excellent, with the BTS station nearby, making it easy to get around the city. The facilities are comfortable and well-maintained, and the service truly stands out. The breakfast is varied and delicious, and the staff pays attention to every detail to provide quality service. You get exactly what you pay for: a hotel with good amenities, comfort, and professional service that makes a difference. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok.

Tucked in a small street but minutes from the main street. Close to the mall , plenty of food, shops and massage parlors. The subway MRT and BTS is close by and easy to use The hotel was clean and had enough space for our luggage. Offered good breakfast. Staff were friendly and always had a smile.

The front desk and service staff are not in sync, and very often I have to call down many times for anything. Checking in was ok but my friend waited several hours after check in time. So hit or miss really.
