A great hotel in a quiet but central location. Service was superb with special recognition to Apple and Nara at the front desk, both of whom made a special effort to accommodate all needs!

the location is nice with happening places - both, nice bars and restaurants close by and a convenient buggy drop facility is offered too. The property is ageing and from the creaky doors to porous walls (sound wise) is a let down. Service levels are fine but check in is a nightmare with upto 20 minutes for a single person and even if there's a queue the empty check in counters don't get manned.

Meget dårligt ophold. Ikke pengene værd.

Billeder på Hotels.com meget langt fra virkeligheden. Værelset var slidt, fjernbetjening til TV virkede ikke. Sengen var hård. Da vi kom trætte hjem til hotellet, var der vand over det hele pga. aircondition anlæg der var gået i stykker. Blev sent en tekniker op, som en brugte en time på at fixe det, medbringende en larmende vand støvsuger. Musikken ude fra gangen kunne høres på værelset, hvilket var generende, samt aircondition larmede. Morgenmaden var sådan set ok, bortset fra der ikke rigtig blev fyldt op. Nå ja, så blev vi også lige opkrævet 550kr ekstra ved ankomst, på trods af vi havde bestilt et værelse til 2 voksne og 2 børn. Men da den ædleste var 13 år. Skulle vi betale for ham, da den sure dame i receptionen, sagde han galt som en voksen. Ikke et hotel jeg vil anbefale til nogen.

Good option for family size rooms

Good value family sized room. The sofa bed is a little uncomfortable though- could do with some investment there: Great value breakfast. Decent gym and pool area. Punjab grill is a great on site option for food. We will return regularly for weekend stays in Bangkok.
