1. Never answered a message on Expedia messaging app even though they sent me a message. 2. Elevator broken. Walked down 15 stairs. 3. Pool has broken tiles and broken wood just covered by a chairs. Obviously broken got a long period of time. Place is falling apart. 4. Reception is a disorganized mess. 5. Stairs we walked down were not finished. Dangerous. Like a construction site stairs.

Great location. The desk guy, Tor were super helpful and very knowledgeable around the area. Recommended good place where to grab something to eat late at night. Housekeeper were always there to attend your need. Nice night view from the rooftop bar. The Bangkok skyline from the pool is 10/10. Will stay here again.

Very low standard 5 star. Price is good for club lounge facilities but I guess you get what you pay for. Standard of food and drink mediocre at best. Rooms very standard nothing special but beds comfortable and good size. While we visited the actual lounge was closed and make shift lounge set up in breakfast area on level 2. Didn’t use the Spa facilities as so overpriced for Bangkok. Less than 20 meters from hotel I had a 90 min massage at 1/6th of the price. To summarise the staff are very nice, the hotel is showing its age and food option are very limited. Price ok for stay at “5 Star”

The hotel is a bit old and there was a crack in our room maybe because of the recent earthquake.

Its been a few years since i last stayed here, and time has taken its toll on this hotel, its starting to look tired and dated! The cleanliness was disappointing, from the chairs in the room to the hall carpets I stayed on the club floor and had acess to the club lounge, which at best could only be described as ok The pool area is , small , for the size of the hotel , and the water could do with changing, The wifi needs upgrading as does the tv signal, a lot of my channels did not work, As i was leaving my room to check out the biggest cockroach came out from the back of the tv to say bye! But my worst complaint is , its the first time ever, that in a hotel That I felt invisible, mainly in the club lounge, not the best service at all !!!!!
