Everything from the service to the room and accomodations was fantastic! We especially appreciate the staff and their friendliness. Every morning we were greeted with a smile. We especially want to say that the concierge service was top notch. Concierge, We, helped us with suggestions and things to do. He made arrangements for us for pick up service wherever we wanted to go. Brian was also very helpful. The front desk and pool service was outstanding. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were perfect. The shower and tub was amazing. We will recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Bangkok.

We had a layover in Bangkok and decided to stay here as we had been here once ~ 2 years ago due to the convenient location, comfortable room with friendly staff. It was a birthday trip and they gave a little cake to celebrate, which was nice. The only complaint was that we asked for non-feather pillows and comforter both online and when we checked in, but there were down pillows and comforters, which had to be removed once we checked into the room. AC temperature was hard to get right...it was either too cold (without cotton comforter) or too hot.
