We had a very pleasant stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the location was excellent—close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at check-in. We also enjoyed a wonderful massage at the hotel—it was one of the best we’ve had. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely stay again.

The concierge staff are helpful and welcoming. Big thanks to OUI and SEK for helping me order perfume and keep tracking the order for me to ensure I can receive it before I leave. Amazing service. Breakfast is good, but with limited variety. I think some amenities should undergo maintenance, as I have had a night with no hot water. However, the front desk staff are friendly and immediately send someone to check. Overall, it was a wonderful trip and I will definitely be back if I visit Thailand again

Clean but dated rooms. No hair dryer (upon request?) but NO A/C controls. Room was always overly warm and of musty smell!! Hotel is located close access to both BTS Asia and underground Metro BLUE line.
