Hotel is a bit tired, and needs a complete revamp. Don't bother with the buffet breakfast, it is poor quality, and can't keep pace with the number of people. Many dishes empty. Eat in the little street food alley right nearby. Hotel staff are very nice and polite. Pool are is also very nice.

The hotel is fine, nothing special, on the older side with an older, very shallow swimming pool. What you are paying for is the central area with many malls. If that's what you are after, then it's a good choice. If you want more "real" Bangkok, choose Novotel on Soi Nana :)

We liked the proximity of the hotel to the train station and shopping areas. It was really easy to get around Bangkok. However, I noticed that the facilities need to be upgraded. The carpet needs cleaning and the room furniture should be changed.

We stayed here as a family (2 adults, 2 kids aged 8 and 10) from 26 to 29 January 2024. Check in was easy and quick. Initially booked a Superior Room, 2 Twin Beds but was given the choice to upgrade (additional 1200 baht for 3 nights) to a bigger room with a queen bed and two lounge chairs which we accepted after being shown the room. The two lounge seats were promptly made up with linen/sheets and my children said they were comfortable to sleep on. The Queen bed though, was a bit hard and the pillows weren't as comfortable unfortunately. There were two TVs in the bedroom with one remote, which we had issues with. We let reception know and they seemed to fix it but there was still a bit of a lag between pressing buttons and the tv responding. The shower leaked on the floor during use but it seemed to dry up well the following morning. There was a distinct lack of hooks to hang up used towels. The location is fantastic as it's in the shopping centre precinct/CBD. Even though it's lively on weekends, the noise did not bother us in the evening and we were able to sleep ok. We did not opt for buffet breakfast at 490 baht pp so cannot comment on the quality of food. The only places we could find open in the morning for breakfast was 7-Eleven which was a 2 minute walk or a Macca's at Siam Paragon. The pool looked tired and in need of refurbishment. My kids did not want to swim there as it was too cold. Overall I would stay here again for the location.

Location is good
We love the location, stayed here before but the room is need to be updated. Room is showing waer and tear which I think effect the Accor brand, though I know they are doing renovation at the moment. Staff and service is Amazing as always. Only problem is the odour when you are in the hotel lobby, the sewage smell is so strong it can be very hard to bear.
