True measure of quality is consistency. The Night Hotel is a hospitality gift that keeps on giving. The staff are exceptional and the rooms very well appointed and spotlessly clean. The size is perfect, not too large avoiding factory feel. Not too small so there's still a buzz and relaxed energy. Benefitting from an excellent location along with superb value for money means all 'boxes are ticked' and Night Hotel will remain my first choice when staying in Bangkok.

Friendly and effective staff; spacious and cozy room; the rooftop pool is nice too. I got a room upgrade for my Expedia membership. When I asked if there's any water dispensers in the building, the front desk staff said no but actively ordered many complimentary water bottles for my room, which is really impressive. They also gave me a drink coupon for my VIP status, but I gotta leave early for the airport, so didn't have a chance to use it. Overall I had a great experience at this hotel.
