Staff is very friendly and assuring in ensuring comfort and security of the hotel of my family members (with children) with due consideration that it is within many "special" massage and bubble bath services and fills up the streets both day and night. Overall stay has been pleasant. It is situated in a very accessible location near to BTS and within walking distance to EmQuartier

I arrived very late for several meeting early the next day and the attendant was very nice even though it was late. She had my information ready and processed the booking quickly and got me into my room quickly so I could be ready for my meetings the next day. Excellent service and hotel!
