Clean and comfortable rooms. Great bed and pillows. Breakfast was solid with a lot of options. Staff were great and very helpful, especially Alan who was always eager to help. 7-eleven right next to the hotel which was useful. Pool was awesome. Gym solid. The only negative I could find is that we were put on a smoking floor, however our room was a non smoking room. So be sure to specify at check in to not be placed on a smoking floor if that is important to you. Overall comfortable stay and would book again.

The best hotel. Impeccable service - such lovely staff, amazing breakfast - so many choices, perfect location in Bangkok, beautiful pool and nice gym, great room, very clean and very comfortable bed. Chocolate hour and executive lounge added wonderful extras.

Very good hotel for the price. Staff was always professional and forthcoming. The pool is neat, so is the breakfast (although more variety of fresh fruit would be nice). The hotel is located close to Asok but it is calm outside, good balance. Would definitely come back!
