This is the third time I stayed in this hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Perfect location with <5 mins walk to 711, massage, Muay Thai gym, skytrain, malls, parks, and street foods; which are all the things you come to Bangkok for right? =) Cannot recommend more. I did notice some slowness on the elevator this time. There were 4-5 times in my 4 nights stay where I needed to stop 6-8times to get from my room on 28th to the lobby or back to 28th. Not complaining, but want to give feedback to this wonderful hotel to improve. And I do plan to stay again in my next Bangkok trip!

well it usually my go to hotel in bangkok. However the hotel was strangely inflexible on pricing and I found no alternative but to move out after staying for about 10 nights. i wanted to extend and had 3 colleagues paying a reasonable rate which the hotel wouldn't match.
