Huge plus is that it's next to a shopping mall with everything. It's also in the area for a tuk tuk for central world shopping center. It's nice enough to stop feeling icky after a long hot humid day out

Hotel has an amazing lobby but the rooms seem a little dated and definately need updating. Although generally clean my celling skierts and sprinkler valve were covered in dust. It was as if noone had stayed in that room for a while. When you get to your room it almost feels like a different hitel to the lobby. No bar after the resteraunt closes at 10pm. Was also told that there was no rrom service on the day. My room was opposite the maids store room so needless to say that i woke when their day got underway at 6am to the banging of buckets trolleys and shouted directions. Defo a disappointing stay

Room was small and AC would shut off unless you were in the room with the card in the slot. When we arrived it was musty because of the humidity. The front desk could not extend our stay at check=in saying they were booked up. We tried again in the morning with a new person working at the front and were able to extend. Not sure why the first person was confused. The pool is shaded by the surrounding towers for most of the day. The smart toilet was cool but the toiletries in the shower were not very good. I was expecting much better given the relatively high price point of this hotel for Thailand. There are much nicer properties for the same cost in the area. The lobby was nice and pictures were accurate but the room fell well short of expectations.
