Great hotel we booked 2 rooms and were placed on the 9th floor so we didn’t hear much noise from the street. The room was clean and spacious for 2 people. Used the hotel laundry service which was excellent. The hotel staff were nice and the best was the night guard on the ground floor. He was very friendly and professional and always helped when we had to use the elevator. He made our stay better. Location is great for shopping but traffic can get crazy busy because it’s such a central location.

I have a comfortable stay at the hotel and I like the complimentary local drinks provided at the lobby everyday. The hotel is within walking distance to Siam shopping area, MBK and food streets. BTS station is just in front of the hotel. I booked a taxi through the hotel for my trip to the airport and it was reliable and efficient. I will stay here again for my next trip.

Clean and tidy. 1 minute walk from BTS National Stadium station. Plenty of dining options nearby. Maybe a bit noisy considering the proximity to the train station, but the noise is minimal and completely bearable. Cozy bedroom with supply of shampoo, shower gel, and body lotions. One of the worst place to stay in Bangkok for its price. Apart from being right in front of a BTS, nothing else was commendable. I had booked 6 nights and checked out after the first. Because it’s so near to the roads and BTS, noise was unbearable and the staffs will disregard even if you’ve voiced it out. We tried requesting for a change of room on the first night but they said they were fully booked and couldn’t move us. The next day, their morning shift staff lied to Expedia when we tried to ask for a partial refund, saying they had already moved us. The worst of Bangkok hospitality I’ve seen. Even if it’s the language barrier, they don’t deserve that benefit of doubt. With that said, if your English is not good and you don’t speak Thai, communication is almost impossible with any of their staff, not that their English is even good to begin with. The exact description of this place: rooms are not soundproof, the view is either the back of old and dirty shophouses or some weird ministry/ school, the room lights are unless and overall dim af, the bathroom bath tubs are redundant as any small amount of water from the shower will start flooding the floor, their is also no amenities or facilities, the roof lounge is even weirder. By far, really the worst and I don’t know how the good reviewers are lying about this.
