It is the location as other reviews stated. The building and rooms itself are outdated like most hotels. The staff are all helpful and very friendly. The room is clean. If there is something in the room especially the shower head or sink not working properly you can let the front desk know so they can help address it. It is in the heart of Pratu Nam right behind the huge Biyoke hotel and the local vendors mostly clothing shops and some street food vendors. It i ls couple blocks to the airport link BTS. It's about 30 minutes walk to Central World and Big C. 20 minutes walk to Platinum Mall and palladium mall before the big intersection. I stayed there three times already. They have a good massage place next door.

The hotel is excellent in all aspects and is suitable for everyone. The only negative is that the elevator does not connect to the ground floor, as the elevator service starts from the first floor, which is a big negative for people with health problems.

Great hotel. Great staff. Very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Excellent room with nice balcony and view. Perfect location within easy walk to Boyoike and Main Central, huge Big C. The front desk staff here was great and nice. The rooms were clean and refreshing. The food was super delicious in the restaurant, I think the Chef is well trained. Highly recommend this hotel.

No safe in room. Note on door says safe avairable 24 hours. Front desk says no, only accessible 7am-9pm. I book lower rated hotels to limit staff interference, but they insisted i needed someone to take my bags to my room. No. I. Do. Not. Attitude of front desk suck - hand out 'passport' not looking at me on arrival. I get foriegners are scary, just show some basic respect. Not sure how they found so many who wont smile - did not feel like the welcoming Thailand I have experienced over the years.

Overall is ok, there are only few minor concerns like water accummulating at the water closet side when having shower, room locations not so ideal for seniors as it is walk up but it was stated from the start and kids is considered in headcount in per person per room. But the staff tries their very best to provide comfort and best of service. Location is good. Will recommend for able bodied adults as it suits the price not for seniors or issues with mobility

Nice we didn’t realize how centralized the location was until we walked around. Pratinum is right around, there’s a nice tour guide guy who lives along the street that can give you a ride and show you around.

Convenient location

Location of this hotel is super convenient from the airport with a short walk from the train station. There’s night market close by and you’re located near tons of shopping. Hotel is located off the main road in an alley that might look shady to some at night but it was safe. Hotel has elevator but it didn’t reach some floors. You need your hotel key to turn on electricity so you won’t be able to keep your room cold when you go out.

The beds are not the most comfortable. They only provide one pillow for each guest and makes you pay for an extra pillow. The breakfast choices is limited and the same everyday. But overall a good hotel for the price and location.

Great 5N stay with family

We had a pleasant 5N stay with family at KC Place Hotel Pratunam. The location is good; it is near the malls in Pratunam, where the shopping district is, but it is on a quiet interior road. Although you can hear the train come in, it is not that loud. The staff were all friendly, courteous and attentive to our needs. The cafe served good breakfast, lunch, and dinner at affordable prices. Cleanliness was topnotch, the room had an electric kettle, refrigerator, hair dryer, hot and cold shower. The room size was also adequate for 3 people with medium size bags. The only downside was that the walls were so thin we could hear other guests opening doors, walking the corridors, laughing in the next room; and In Tower 1, the lift is located on the mezzanine; you actually had to climb 1 flight of stairs to access it, which we wanted to avoid since we were traveling with our 75-year-old mother. There is a massage place downstairs, which is very convenient to get before bedtime. It was overall a very convenient and pleasant stay.
