Rooms were cleaned but not till very late early evening. Room was not well equiped for boiling kettle. Only power was on the floor in an inconvenient spot. Luggage rack was broken. Telephone didn’t work. Hot water not always available at night for showers. Internet intermittent and not available at all New Year’s Eve. No info in the room with regard the hotel or surroundings. I’ve stayed here many times previously and disappointed this time.

The area around the property was very busy with a ton of traffic. If you stay at Indra Regent Hotel give yourself extra time for travel. The hotel staff was super helpful. I would stay there again.

Séjour un peu moyen car le quartier est assez bruyant (dans le Little India de Bkk). Si vous cherchez la nourriture indienne en Thaïlande, ce serait peut-être parfait pour vous. Un point étonnant, la réception est au 4e étage et pas dans le hall (soit-dit en passant, hôtel très sombre dans les lieux communs). Chambre correcte, propre et spacieuse, lit très spacieux également. Pimmy à l'accueil, disponible et très souriante

Lacking Luxury

First room offered had been converted into a staff room, sleeping facilities for maid services. It was a delay and at one point I didn't think we were going to get our room. Eventually we were given a good room but some things were missing like a face cloth in the bathroom and toothbrush. I was expecting a little more luxury but the price and location is excellent, not far from Central World.
