Room was modern, spacious and kept very clean. Pool was large enough to serve everyone from private nooks to full lap swimming. Front and back access gates made it convenient for street access.

Everything is good EXCEPT.... I was given a connecting room. The door between the 2 rooms is thin! Everything can be heard! From the neighbour's conversation to their laughters... It was terrible. I had to slam on that connecting room door to send a signal to the neighbours... Regardless, usually connecting room doors are thick....but this was a really thin door.

MY ALWAYS TO GO HOTEL IN BANGKOK

In good location with BTS station right in front of the hotel. I have been going to this hotel for the past few years twice yearly. It of great comfort and pleasant staff. Feeling like back home. I will certainly continue to patronise Holiday Inn.

It's the most convenient located hotel for shopping and transport in Bangkok. It's also one of the few hotels that has a nice designated area for smoking.
