Overall a very nice hotel in a great location near the Phrom Pong Skytrain station and everything available in the Emsphere, Emquartier and Emporium. Clean rooms and very nice and helpful house keeping staff (floor 10). Had breakfast on floor 2 in the stylish restaurant. The atmosphere was often a bit stressful since at least one in the staff was literally running around when it got busy. I also found the breakfast selection to be somewhat lacking. There was no dark rye bread, cream cheese, sliced cheese, salami or smoked ham. And it would have been nice to have the smoked salmon on the buffet since it was available on the egg benedict from the egg station. Pro tip: dont miss the multiple Michelin rewarded noodle shops on soi 26.

Not advisable to take public transport from airport to Hilton directly, especially with young children. The journey was difficult due to multiple change from airport rail to BTS stations with long walks across each station. Breakfast selection is limited. Unsafe with young children as hotel is located across emporium, needed to jaywalk across a busy traffic road. Toilet seats are not heated, not a major concern but it's something that I will look out for comfort and amenities. For the room itself, it's clean, noise insulation is great, comfortable, I had a great sleep and my 3 year old slept well too. She loved the bathtub and the king size bed. More suited for adults. Won't recommend to families with young children/infant on strollers for sure. Overall score for me 7/10

Not will give you a premium feeling for the facilities . Still worth the price. Staffs are warm and helpful but the hotel itself is a bit outdated.
