Amazing hotel

The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. Good supply of amenities in bathroom. Beds super comfortable. Amazing shower! Games room and pool were a hit with the kids and the Onsen massage was the best I’ve had. With a nice treat of mango and sticky rice complementary. Only downside is that this is a dry hotel. The staff happy for you to bring in your own alcohol.

This hotel was really good. Most other hotels look good online but are falling apart. Really great room and the gym must be one of the world’s best hotel gyms ever. And I mean it!! Table tennis and pinballs were the next level good. I thought I saw few Rocky Balboa’s at the reception and was wondering if ladies with many shopping bags where with them or with some billionaires. Who knows?? All in all great place. Highly recommend by my brother who came with me and I must say I have to agree with him. Please don’t tell him that.

This has been my favorite place in Bangkok. Great staff. There is a whole floor of games and play areas for the kids, and the views are amazing from the large pool and rooms. I have family of 4 and we all were blown away with what this place has to offer. Also their partnership with Lets Relax is super convenient.

This hotel exceeded expectations from the moment we arrived. The lobby is stunning, and the staff provides exceptional service throughout the stay. The views are breathtaking, and the breakfast buffet is fantastic,offering a wide variety of options, with a strong emphasis on Asian cuisine but plenty of international selections as well. The room was spacious with high ceilings, excellent water pressure, and a large refrigerator, which was especially convenient for families. The infinity pool was a highlight—complete with a jacuzzi, steam room, and a generous recreational area perfect for both kids and adults. We also had a team lunch at Level 50, the restaurant on the 50th floor, and it was absolutely perfect. The panoramic view of Bangkok was incredible, and the food was equally impressive,beautifully presented and full of flavor. Although I didn’t use the onsen, I did enjoy a massage on the same floor, which was excellent. This is an outstanding hotel for a family vacation or team retreat, and I’ll definitely be returning with my family next time.

This hotel exceeded expectations from the moment we arrived. The lobby is stunning, and the staff provides exceptional service throughout the stay. The views are breathtaking, and the breakfast buffet is fantastic,offering a wide variety of options, with a strong emphasis on Asian cuisine but plenty of international selections as well.
