Wonderful hotel - all the staff are extremely courteous and friendly . We received a lovely upgrade with a nice welcome surprise for my travel companion. Beautiful large room and a great breakfast with everything you could possibly want. The location is great - close to shopping malls, Erawan shrine, skytrain. This is my favourite Bangkok hotel and fully deserves its 5 stars

Clean, spacious room with an amazing view of the cityscape of Bangkok. Within 15 minutes’ walk of the ginormous “Central World” shopping centre. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had the international buffet breakfast on our first morning and it was delightful. It’s a very big hotel but was peaceful and orderly and we loved our stay here.

This place was AMAZING!! Probably the nicest place I have ever stayed in. Plus it is in a great area of Bangkok. Not crowded like much of the rest of Bangkok. The staff was great and the hotel itself was top notch. I wish I stayed longer.

Hotel did not meet my expectation relative to the price paid for booking on 28 Dec 2025 to 6 Jan 2026. Lobby and public areas were in good condition, however the hallway and room on floor 25 and 22 were very visibly needing repair and refurbishment. Also had concerns on finding hair on my bed and bathroom. Reported my concerns and was granted a room change. However cleanliness and condition of the new room remained concerning.
Found someone’s hair on my bed on check in (this is the second room, after the hotel changed the room).

A deeply disappointing stay :far from a 5-star experience From the moment we arrived, the hotel failed to meet even basic expectations. The check-in staff were noticeably unfriendly, setting an unwelcoming tone for the entire stay. The room itself was extremely dark, lacking proper lighting and creating an unpleasant atmosphere. Breakfast was, without exaggeration, terrible, limited options, poor quality, not fresh, and absolutely not worth the additional cost we paid in advance. We ended up eating outside every single morning. Overall, the property felt more like an apartment building than a hotel, certainly not a 5-star establishment, not even 3 stars. Service throughout our stay was barely acceptable, and the general experience was overwhelmingly disappointing. I would not recommend staying here.
