A deeply disappointing stay :far from a 5-star experience
From the moment we arrived, the hotel failed to meet even basic expectations. The check-in staff were noticeably unfriendly, setting an unwelcoming tone for the entire stay.
The room itself was extremely dark, lacking proper lighting and creating an unpleasant atmosphere.
Breakfast was, without exaggeration, terrible, limited options, poor quality, not fresh, and absolutely not worth the additional cost we paid in advance. We ended up eating outside every single morning.
Overall, the property felt more like an apartment building than a hotel, certainly not a 5-star establishment, not even 3 stars. Service throughout our stay was barely acceptable, and the general experience was overwhelmingly disappointing.
I would not recommend staying here.
