The two bedroom apartment is spacious and had everything we needed. It was so handy having a washing machine and kitchenette and unlimited fresh water. The hotel is also close to the BTS and shopping malls. But it was the staff who made our stay wonderful - they were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our daughter injured herself on the coffee table during our stay and they went above and beyond to help us, with one of their staff members, Bon, sorting transport to the hospital and communicating back and forth between me and the doctors and nurses. It would have been a stressful experience without him but he made it easier and helped calm me down.
