We had an excellent stay at Grande Centre Point Ploenchit. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and very professional from check-in to check-out. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. The entire property felt fresh and organized, making our stay very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Bangkok. Highly recommended!

This hotel was beautiful and the 2 bedroom balcony suite was fantastic. It was large, clean and quiet at night with minimal street noise. The fridge was stocked with free drinks and they supplied ample free water for all guests. I also appreciated the free coffee, tea, hot chocolate in the lobby from 7am to 7pm. Central world mall was just a 15 minute walk away. I didn't opt for the hotel's breakfast but there were cheaper breakfast places within a 10 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again.

I had great stay. The staff were super nice and attentive. Also the birthday greeting arrangements in my room were really sweet. Area’s pretty quiet and felt safe. Conveniently close to the mall and train. I’d likely stay here again in the future.
