The house keeping were always going extra mile to make us happy when we return back with small gestures like towel elephant, flowers , good night notes , complementary sweets on day of arrival and complementary chocolates on the day of check out. The food was also very good . Huge spread of breakfast and staff were very helpful and always smiling. Loved my stay in Grand Mercure bangkok Atrium.

Had an amazing stay at Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium! The breakfast spread was absolutely outstanding with a huge variety of delicious Indian as well as international cuisine. Every morning felt like a feast with so many fresh and tasty options to choose from. The staff was extremely warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile, making the entire experience even more memorable. Truly great hospitality and highly recommended for anyone visiting Bangkok!

I have been here on several; occasions - it might not be the most extravagant of hotels but it is the best value . I go there for the dental treatment as most of the sites clinics are very close by .. but it is equally close to the main shopping and nightlife areas.
