Great service and very clean. The staff were great and attentive. Rooms were immaculate and like new each time we went back to our room. Two pools were great, each giving a different vibe. Breakfast buffet had a large assortment of food and the lounge was great each afternoon. We will definitely return !

Glamour and luxury meets Thai hospitality in this gorgeous hotel conveniently located on the Air Link train directly from the BKK airport. Gorgeously designed gold lobby impresses you as you enter. The rooms are tastefully designed with big beds, very comfortable mattresses and all marble bathrooms with walk in shower cabins. The 22nd and 37th floor pools offer impressive views over Bangkok (we preferred floor 22nd due to the sunbed arrangements and the super attentive staff). A massive shoutout to Susie from the Concierge team and Bom from the reception staff for being so helpful, attentive and full of ideas how to enjoy Bangkok and move around!

This hotel is amazing! The suite I stayed in was exceptional. Clean and spacious, the bed in particular was extremely comfortable. The staff were also incredible, extremely kind and helpful with all requests and questions. In particular I would like to praise Ms. Shin and Ms. Elli who alternated between the breakfast buffet and the executive lounge. They were not just helpful but also personable and easy to chat with. The housekeeper for the room Ms. Ann was also very pleasant and helpful.
