I have to share this frustrating experience. One staff member knocked on the door trying to give room service after 6pm. We did not request any service so we said no, but maybe she didn’t understand it. Later she came back and entered the room without permission while we were having very private time… hotels really clean the room in the evening time without a guest request???

Tks team. All eas excellent and if there’s a point for consideration, it’s the closeness in time taken to wait for lifts. Recalled there was a morning i had waited for 5-8mins just to get into a lift back up to my room. The system logic and speend of lifts has to be upgraded. Tks.

Excellent customer care n attention. Very helpful staff at all level from chamber, cafe to concierge - 5 star service. Rooms need a new carpet ...looks tired n due for a good scrub! Otherwise everything is very good.

Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff, large suite, excellent room service and breakfast. Lots of shopping amenities attached. Pool was huge with waterfall hot tub. An oasis to relax at. Would highly recommend.

Great stay at the Conrad. Good service from the staff from front desk, concierge, housekeeping & cafes including the bell hops. But would prefer the room to have more drinking water. Also if the Spa facilities to be more reasonably priced. Overall a great hotel

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome. The breakfast was excellent, and the room service food was outstanding — the Tom Yum Kung was the best I’ve ever had! Our room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, and I loved the stylish decor. Everything exceeded our expectations — highly recommended!
