From the minute you arrive you feel pampered It’s a great location. It’s an easy walk to asiatque market where you pick up a dinner cruise or shop. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is amazing. This is our second time staying here. And will return again!

Rooms are very spacious with complimentary non alcoholic beverages. Fantastic included buffet breakfast. Great location on the river with a complimentary boat to take you to the Central Pier for the Tourist Boat. Staff are wonderful, my second stay here, it will continue to be my Bangkok hotel of choice.

I LOVED,LOVED,LOVED this resort. It was truly an amazing stay. I would never stay anywhere else after staying at this resort in Bangkok. The river boat shuttle was so convenient. The staff is super friendly and professional. The views were absolutely amazing. The dinner buffet goes on and on and on. I have never seen such a large display of food. The location is perfect. The hotel is gorgeous. Did I mention....I loved this resort!!!

We are very happy with our stay at the Chatrium, love our river view room, staff are friendly. Amazing breakfast, it is one of the best place for hotel breakfast we have experienced, varieties were great and of good qualities. I was happy that I could order a Thai omelette without a fuss it was not on the menu. The room was cleaned but it would have been spotless if the shower recess did not have embedded soil in corners of the shower. We also found the shower floor was slippery when wet. The only other minor issue was the slippers left white marks on the wooden floor it was unsightly. My husband only comment was he would love to have soft bacon instead of the crispy ones. It was a great stay, we will come back longer next time.

Perfect location away from the bustle of the city but easily accessible by shuttle boat to everything you might want to see. The hotel itself is beautiful and the service top-notch at every turn from the concierge to housekeeping. The food at the restaurant (and through room service which we had on our first night after arriving late) is amazing. The room we were given was a corner unit with a beautiful balcony and windows overlooking the river. Fun to watch the night dinner cruise boats going by and the sunset. Everything was spotless and comfortable. While we didn’t use the kitchenette much, it was nice to have a full sized fridge and access to amenities of a kitchen for cutting up fresh fruit that we bought in the market. Pool was welcome after very hot walking days, and service there was excellent as well. We really appreciated the takeaway breakfast box they arranged for our early departure at 4 am. Highly recommend this spot for Bangkok.
