Overall, The hotel was clean & service was great. Beds were big & comfortable. There is a free golf car ride to Siam paragon only. Not to any other shopping malls. The hotel is abt 2 minutes walk inside a little lane. And there is road works near the hotel along main road, but since the hotel is a bit inside, not noisy. Once i asked a staff to drop me outside as my tour bus was stuck in a jam, she told me they don’t provide that service & said it only takes 2 min walk.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The service was outstanding, with staff who were always professional, friendly, and willing to help with anything I needed. The breakfast was delicious and varied, offering plenty of options to suit all tastes. The location is ideal, close to the siam paragon mall. What truly exceeded my expectations was the room size – it was incredibly spacious, well-furnished, and very comfortable, making it feel more like a suite than a standard room. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-notch hospitality. I will definitely stay here again!

Excellent and delicious breakfast buffet with many choices in foods and beverages. The staffs are professional, friendly and kind. I like the buggy cart transportation to Siam Paragon that was provided by hotel.

I have traveled to 47 countries and by far the food in this hotel surpassed any hotel around the world by far. I usually stay in 5 star hotels and I am almost always disappointed by the food but here they had a buffet that blows away most hotel a la carte's food. Beaides that the installations were perfect, the location is very close to some of the nicest malls I have been to, this Bangkok experience left us with such a sweet taste in our mouths. I also had the pleasure to meet Pierre who is the Swedish general manager of the hotel and it was a very humbling experience, congratulations on what you have achieved. I will be bacl for the food now that I am living i Thailand.

I had their breakfast, but the breakfast is not very good. They needed to change a lot of things as it’s only Thai food more. There is no many option for for Arabic or European. I don’t like their breakfast.

So good we stayed twice!

We loved this hotel and the staff! We stayed at the beginning of our 4 week Thailand trip and decided to stay again at the end! We booked Club level! Highly recommended! Every member of staff we met were fantastic and amazing with our 3 year old! The room was fab, super comfy bed, with the added bed for our daughter, great bath and shower! We loved theswimming pool and enjoyed some nighttime swimming too, great to swim surrounded by lights of Bangkok! The shuttle to Siam Paragon was great and also made it easy to get to Central World. Would not hestiate to book again, and recommend to every one! Cant wait to go back!
