Great property and truly outstanding customer service. The beds were a little firm at first, but the staff went out of their way to make them more comfortable, which I really appreciated. The room felt like a cozy studio apartment, complete with hot water, a microwave, a TV, and a functional workspace. Getting my luggage up and down the stairs was tough, but the staff was absolutely amazing. They helped me carry extremely heavy bags without hesitation, and I was so grateful for their kindness. I’ll definitely be back. Book with them, it feels like home. ❤️

Great little boutique hotel, extremely clean and comfortable! Very much attention to detail put into this place. I would rate it 10/10 but there is one negative. The walls are paper thin, I could hear my neighbors walk and talk and vice versa as if they were in the same room aside from that it was a pleasant stay! The managers are also very communicative which is great if you ever need anything.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for a few days — it’s just fantastic! The rooms are very modern and comfortable, everything is clean and tidy. Check-in was super easy, no hassle at all. Plus, there’s a park nearby for jogging. I’ll definitely return!

出国前にwebでチェックインを求められましたが、料金の支払いを求められるシステムになっていてXperiaに対応して貰いました。部屋の間取り、広さ使い勝手はとても良いのですが最寄りのNana駅からは徒歩20分で、治安と衛生的に良くないストリートを通らなくてはなりません。お掃除はあまりキチンとされず、バスマットは一度も替えられません。それでもチップを求められます。

Could be a top choice

Excellent appartement, very quiet. Check-in so so because they ask to upload passport pictures at last minute, and not at the reservation. If you don’t have access to internet during traveling, you’ll never know. Taxi and gps were lost nearby. Shower gel button not working and no water when you arrive. All this can be easily improved and then a 10 is deserved.
