I had a hate-love relationship with this condo. The room looks just like the pictures and the location is ideal for being in the city. However, this place is kind of high for what they are offering. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK! I recommend not getting the loft.
Pros:
-Space is big and clean for Thailand
-lots of food and stores within walking distance or on location
-the actual condo staff was nice
-amenities are nice and clean
-drivers onsite
Cons:
- e renters were not accommodating or helpful at times.
-The tv did not work. After 3 days, and lots of bugging them, they finally sent someone out to fix it. At first they were not going to do anything. They basically said oh well. I had to tell them that i was going to go to the leasing office before they responded.
-when the reviews say a roach problem it is very true!. And when I addressed it with the renters they acted like it was not a big deal. I mean i was killing roaches every night the last week and half i stayed. I asked for a bottom door cover and they ignored me but I did get roach spray. Only worked when you saw them and barely.
-the wallpaper is peeling all over the place.
-no cleaning products including a broom or Magiclean
-the building halways smells like a huge cat litter box and sometimes the room smelled like the hallway.
-room was across from the trash room.
-you have to shove the door closed and thin walls.
The room is nice but I left because of the roaches and the renters. Would not recommend!
