This hotel is in the center of many things and a quick walk to the BTS or Metro. I found it very central and with the Em District around the corner, there was incredible shopping and food at an arm's length. Traffic is a lot in Bangkok and many destinations are 30-1 hr in cab so just keep that in mind, but the BTS being nearby makes it all the more convenient. Lovely staff at check-in. My only complaint was it's a very big, conference feeling like hotel and they were doing construction in the room next to me during the day and didn't warn me. My stop in Bangkok was to catch up on sleep after a long trip and flying again to Phuket. So would've liked for them to be mindful of that.

Outdated especially bathroom and shower, bad lighting flickers constantly, TV freezes constantly, all three elevators have problems, evening doorman sits at desk playing with his cellphone every evening and doesn't bother to get up, breakfast was poor, inconsistent, and only attention staff have is to rush you out, halls are smokey too.

Close to the BTS Phrom Phong Station, and easy to catch Taxi. Many shopping and entertainment around the hotel both day and night. Staff are very helpful and breakfast is value for money.
