We love our stay from nov 23 to 28 2023, they clean our room everyday, they provided daily water, coffee and tea. Bed are so comfy.. location are so near to 711, streetfoods and local restaurant espacially to pratunam clothes vendors!!! We will definitely be back in Amber Inn

As with most places, the staff was great and helped all that they could. Very good price and had a king and twin bed for the 3 of us. The only thing that brought this rating down was the bathroom which was small, the type with no shower curtain, but we managed and would go back for the location close to Platinum Mall and many small shops.

This was the worst stay that I’ve ever had staying in a hotel. Upon checking in, I was told that they do not take credit cards & told me that I had to pay cash. They wouldn’t let me check in & I had to have Expedia intervene. The front desk didn’t believe me & started calling management, although I gave them the correct name of management. The young lady with glasses became rude & I could tell that she was upset when they were able to actually accept a card. She just kept staring at me visibly upset because I told her manager that she said they weren’t accepting cars. I finally was able to check in once management came to the front. He stated that the front desk didn’t know how to use the credit card machine. There was a sign stating that they accepted credit cards on the wall behind them & had a credit card reader at the front desk. The room is more worn down than the pictures. On top of that, there was a mouse in my room. I requested to be moved to another room & they obliged. The gentleman who worked at the front desk were kind as well as the gentleman who assisted with my bags. Another thing that management may want to consider is having housekeeping wear something over their hair because I got tired of long black hair strings that were always on the floor & bedding. I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s a great location but keep in mind that a lot of taxis/transportation sometimes can’t get down the road to pick you up in front of the hotel (this is no fault of the hotel).

３泊で一人約11000円で滞在。 これが高いのか安いのか本当にわからない。 年間約30日はタイ含め各国のホテルに滞在するのですが、私的には物価の高さを痛感しました。スタッフの対応も普通な古い宿といった趣ですが小さな蟻が常に部屋のそこらじゅうにいました。
