Very clean, great location. Only down side was that the property emailed me asking if I wanted an upgrade to a skyline room. I accepted, and accepted the 1000 baht fee. I received an email confirming that I will be getting the upgrade, but when I checked in, they said they didn't have the upgraded room available for me, but perhaps the next day I could change rooms if there was an upgrade the next day. I didn't want to change rooms, because that's a hassle to change rooms in the middle of a trip. Perhaps next time when offering an upgrade, make sure that you have the room available before confirming the upgrade?

Walkable and central location if shopping is the goal this place is awesome! Breakfast buffet has a ton of options and hotel is clean and updated- -and best of all staff are great, responsive and helpful!

Amazing family Hotel

Ideal hotel for shoppers in Bangkok, bang opposite to Platinum Mall. Breakfast is great, great hotel for family with kids. Ideal location from airport and all other touristy spots.
