The hotel was fine, but I was travelling for business and did not find it to be a business hotel. The work space/desk in the room was quite small, and the majority of the other guests did not appear to be business travellers. The area around the hotel is not a business area. The workshop I was participating in took place at the hotel, and conference room venue was adequate. Again, the hotel was fine, I just had very different expectations which affected my experience.

Hôtel très agréable et très bien placé à 15 minutes du métro. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Attention, notre chambre au 21 eme étage est juste en dessous de la salle de sport et on entend le tapis de course. Cela m'a réveillé assez tôt le premier jour. Cette étage est donc à éviter.

The hotel is in a good location - easy to walk to subway station. The breakfast bar is amazing, offering a wide variety of breakfast option. The lounge also offers some nice evening food and drinks. The hotel is a great value for the price.

An excellent hotel. The staff were great, super helpful and polite. Great location, multiple places nearby for food and drinks and close to a metro station but still in a relatively quiet area which is a bonus! Would recommend to any one looking to stay in Bangkok.

My overall experience was great - staff was kind and helpful when you initially arrive for check in from opening the door for you, to even offering to carry your luggage from your taxi/form of transportation onto the trolley; as well as offering to bring it upstairs for you. The amenities from the gym were satisfactory and infinity pool was beautiful! The only thing I’d like to point out was that the headboard on one side of the bed was dirty.

Great location. Loved the infinity pool. Food was expensive. The buffet breakfast was well worth it, a variety of selections. Staff were very helpful and welcoming.
