I chose not to have the buffet breakfast as the choice for me was not 100%. I understand that it did have a good breakfast selection for the international traveler. But I personally prefer a more traditional breakfast for UK breakfast

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures online and is tucked away in a tiny, hard-to-find alley. The property is in need of renovation and bathrooms smell. Our bathroom window was broken letting bugs in, and the shower had no warm water. Had to call FD twice upon arrival My room was overrun with ants—I was bitten at night despite multiple requests for cleaning. And In the second room, we even found a lizard. Front desk staff showed little concern, and when I asked for compensation for all the issues, nothing was offered just a call from the Manager that I haven’t received. Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here.

Small hotel on a small street centrally located in Bangkok. Room was spacious and good amenities including a full sized fridge, microwave, plates and cutlery. Very useful when getting food delivered

Hotel was great. The staff were really helpful and the breakfast varied and substantial. The hotel put on a great shuttle service to the nearest sky train station. Our family suite was large and well suited with to travelling with young kids. The area is not family friendly so do more research into Nana area than we did.
