Hotel staff were friendly. The hotel itself was classy and cannot be faulted but the area (Soi 11) was horrible with to many people, nightclubs and prostitutes. It was frustrating walking along Soi 11 to get back to the hotel.

Not great.

Okay first time at this hotel. Checkin staff were miserable room wasn’t ready so had to go out for over an hour. Got to the room and no view only of the building about 20 feet away. Looking into peoples balcony and belongings. Room very dark as no sun because of the building. Air con on ones of the rooms opposite was rally noisy so had to put up with humming all night. Plenty of better and cheaper hotels in this area.

The property very nice and affordable, the staff and service was excellent always willing to help , greeted you with a smile. The restaurant had great food. The pool was nice. In a great spot for nightlife and great restaurants and street food. Traffic is crazy but that Bangkok busy city

Hidden Gem on Soi 11

Loved this hotel in such a popular area of the city. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are luxurious, and the bed is very comfortable. The pool area is not that big but we never had an issue to find a spot and it was a welcome break from the heat. Our room included a happy hour with free beverages from 5:00-7:00 daily which we also enjoyed.the location is perfect for nightlife and close to the BTS station if you want to sightsee.

Complimentary cheese platter also included with our happy hour daily.

Very uncomfortable room!

Not good! Room was right next to lift shaft and was being woken up all night due to the very loud lift winch. Hot water in the shower kept going from hot to cold.
