The hotel itself is great! Location: It's connected to a pretty convenient mall with some great food/drink options. Chinatown is bustling with things to do and markets to go to. It's about a 5 min walk to Yaowarat Road that has some great places to eat in both day and night. Also only about 2 mins from the blue line metro station; and 15 mins to the river which has a boat/ferry stop. Breakfast: I can't say much for the breakfast in the hotel as we opted out of it. The drink/food options looked decent. More of an expensive option than eating in the mall or other restaurants Staff/Room/Building: Everyone there was quite nice and housekeeping was up-kept well. The room has your basic amenities; safe, water, kettle, There was no complementary coffee or tea in the room. The building has a free water bottle station which came in super handy! Overall great place and you will enjoy your stay for the price!

Staffs (front counter and housekeeping) were all very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very spacious (2 twin beds - more like single size). Beds were comfortable. Cable tv was not working on our first day and was told they were going to fixed. At checked out after the second night…still no cable/tv. Would also have been good if there were complimentary coffee and tea in room. Front counter staff held our bags after check out and secured it with a number tag for retrieving. This made us comfortable leaving our bags at the hotel. Location near Chinatown night market was a plus.

Room was ok, and Aircon worked. However, I can't recommend a stay here due to the staff. No do not disturb signs, rude cleaners and check in staff. Other minor niggles include slow lifts, thin mattresses, and TVs which block using HDMI!!
