The hotel is located around 6KM from Siam Paragon and the Central World shopping centres. Its busy Rd leading to and from the hotel. We spent up to 50 minutes on the Rd coming back to the hotel. Apart from this the hotel is comfortable and welcoming. The staff are very warm, polite and helpful.
The restaurant has good breakfast variety but mainly Asian food and not much for others. We asked for special veg that is not cooked the Thai way and we were provided with that throughout our stay (15 nights).
I need to mention that the restaurant manger Panjarat Leecharoen was outstanding in her support and willingness to make our experience more enjoyable.
The Executive Lounge has good views for miles away, but the canapés are mainly fried and limited in variety and sometimes tasteless. But EL staff are very good and happy to help.
The gym room facilities are in great need for upgrade and lift. It can be very hot in there since the air con is used while someone is there. The pool looked inviting but I did not use.
In general we enjoyed our stay. It was relaxing and happy experience. Every thing was good and worked alright.
If you can put-up with the busy traffic it will be good to stay in this hotel.
Suggestion: The hotel guests will be more than happy if the hotel can organise a shuttle service from and to the hotel even on the guests own expense. Sometimes taxi drivers are reluctant to go there and don't prefer to sit in the traffic for longer times.

Great location, staff and price
This place exceeded my expectations. The hotel is in a great location, within a stone's throw of the Lumphini MRT station. There was nothing the staff wouldn't help with and the view from the room was nice. Would stay again for sure.

BEST Hotel to Stay!! This Hotel has everything!!!!

This is the best hotel, i have stayed in my whole life. I needed an early checkin as I reached hotel early morning. I was given early checkin free of charge and was given a room upgrade at no cost. Food in the hotel is very nice. Staff is friendly. Very close to the shops.

I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children putting the ages clearly in the booking 10 and 12 when i checked in and went to the room there was 1 double bed in the room. I called down and they said a roll away was coming up - i advised I have 2 children as per the booking and they said room only hold 1 extra bed - i said you don,t expect my 13 year old son to sleep on the floor to which they replied complain to your agent wotif when you get home. After 15 minutes of pleading may case, and saying you expect my son to sleep on the floor they provided no solutions or help in any way. I told them i was going to housekeeping myself and getting another roll away - they then charged me an additional 1000BHT for my troubles. I booked 2 adults and 2 children clearing putting the ages in the booking. It was accepted by wotif and the hotel. I was upset as the hotel did not offer any solutions to the problem in any way.

Cons:Good be good if new and fresh bedroom slippers are provided
Location:It's near MRT which is great but there isn't much amenties around the hotel.
I did not find anything upleasant during my stay in the hotel

Pros:Modern chic and very clean.
