Strategic location, excellent and welcoming staff who go beyond the extra mile. My only “complaint” is just that the hotel requires you to download an app which functions as the key to the lift and rooms which I found to be inconvenient and was frustrating to use at times. Otherwise the excellent service by the staff made up for the minor inconveniences. Would stay again, if the hotel just switched to the normal keys. Great job 👏

I travelled frequently and stayed in many hotels both luxury and budget hotel. Moritz have captured my interest. Being smart hotel and modern style both interior and outside make a different experience staying here. They frontliners did a good job keeping up with the SOP with extra smiles. Ambiance and cleanliness are good. Keep uo the good job. Well done

ホテル内は清潔でしたがシャワーがお湯が出なくて残念でした。夜中寝るときバイクの騒音がひどく寝られなかったです。ホテル横にガソリンスタンドがあった影響でしょうか。そのほかは問題なかったです。
