- A double, on the ground floor, with large 160*190 bed and adjoining shower room + WC.

- A triple on the 1st floor, with large bed 160*190 plus a single bed 90*190.

- A Triple on the 1st also, double bed 140 * 200, single bed, 90 * 200.

- A bathroom + WC for these 2 bedrooms.



Childcare equipment: folding baby bed, high chair, changing mat, deckchair and baby bath.



Available: Television (box + Chromecast), Bluetooth speaker, dishwasher, washing machine, oven + microwave, breakfast kit (coffee maker, toaster, kettle), iron and ironing board.

Optional: Bed linen and towels.

It has a large terrace, shaded by an electric blind, equipped with a large table for enjoying meals outside, garden furniture with deckchairs, a barbecue and a pizza oven. .

The 5 m*3 m swimming pool, with a depth of 1.5 m, is secure. An outdoor solar shower is available.

The 700 m2 garden is fenced, quiet and shaded (possibility of parking 4 vehicles).

The house is in a dead end. Shops, restaurants and beaches are within walking distance and you will not need to take your car.

It is located in a residential area, 400 meters from Bary beach (direct pedestrian and stroller access, by private passage, in 6 minutes) and 700 meters from the beach.

Rènecros (10 minutes on foot). It is also a 15-minute walk from the port of Bandol and 10 minutes from the train station. Finally, there is no direct contact with the neighbors.



The Embiez islands, the Calanques of Cassis, the Green Island opposite La Ciotat or even the islands of Porquerolles and Port-Cros, you will be accessible from the port of Bandol. He it is possible to rent a boat, a windsurf board, a paddle or a canoe for the day.



For hiking lovers, Sainte Baume and Sainte Victoire are very relatives .
