Nothing is missing in this recent house, in a cul-de-sac, close to shops, restaurants, the Casino, the Golf de la Frégate and the town centre, its marina and the famous vineyards of Bandol.
Three bedrooms open onto the swimming pool and all have their own bathrooms - with walk-in showers.
A fourth bedroom - parental suite - is equipped with a shower and a WC.
A summer kitchen with fridge, coffee maker and kettle overlooks the terrace and the swimming pool.

Beautiful modern villa
We stayed just over 3 weeks in June, 2025 and had a wonderful time. Sabine’s property is on a hill less than 2 kilometers from the port. Everything is within easy travelling distance and the neighbourhood itself is quiet and the house luxurious. It has all the amenities you could ask for. Sabine and Guy were helpful and informative and could not have treated us better. We would go back in a minute.

Nos vacances à Bandol
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette magnifique maison et nous avons bien profité de tous les équipements a disposition dont la piscine vraiment très bien entretenue.
Le séjour a débuté avec un accueil très chaleureux de la part de madame HELIE qui a prit le temps de tout nous montrer dans la maison et autour.
La proximité avec la mer qui fait partie du magnifique panorama vu depuis la terrasse n’en rend le séjour que plus agréable.
Je recommande vivement cette location et je vous garantie que vous ne serez pas du tout déçu.

FORMIDABLE
Maison exceptionnelle sur les hauteurs de Bandol. La vue est magnifique !!! Nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour, maison très fonctionnelle,belle déco, immense terrasse pour les repas. Réveil super agréable puisque les chambres donnent sur la piscine. Espace jardin /piscine parfait,très intime . Nous avons adoré ❤️❤️❤️De plus la propriétaire est adorable

Wunderschönes Haus mit Pool
Das Haus ist sehr schön und und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Materialien, Möbel und Geräte sind sehr hochwertig und in einem tadellosen Zustand. Der Salzwasserpool ist sehr angenehm, der Garten und die Pflanzen schön angelegt und gepflegt. Man hat einen schönen Blick auf das Meer, das leider nicht in Gehdistanz ist.
Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, unkompliziert und hat uns gut instruiert.
Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht und kommen gerne wieder.
