Good value for money. Breakfast, Airport Transfers and City tour included in the price. If you are planning to visit Ulu Temburong National Park day trip please speak to the staff. They arranged the tour for me for $155. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The Staff and Location are the Best!

Someone from my adventure travel group recommended this property to stay, so truly there were no surprises as I was briefed in advance. The condition of the property was average. But where this place shines is the staff is wonderful and helpful. Also a huge benefit are the free transportation options for the airport and for local sightseeing and the walking distance to the waterfront is fantastic. I also enjoyed having the breakfast being included. I don't need a fancy hotel, just friendly, comfortable and safe. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was pretty good, close to the Omar ali Saifudin mosque and downtown in general. The airport pick up and drop off was a great addition and efficient. They even let us check out an hour later. The room cleanliness was all right, but there were some rusty parts in the bathroom and overall the place could use a bit of a touch up. The room had mosquitoes, so we had to spray it with repelent we asked from the front desk. The free water you could fill your bottle with was at the lobby, that was a nice touch. Breakfast was ok with several local options, the only thing I didn't like much was that nearly everything was spicy hot.

I love having airport shuttle for free and even free scheduled transportation going to the city. The food is good. The only negative I can tell is there’s no electric outlet near the bed so it’s hard to charge the cell phone unless it’s far from you. The price per night for the room is very reasonable.

The hotel was the only one in the downtown area that I found offered a free shuttle service to/from the airport (as well as being able to drop off/pick up at sights in the area). The location is behind a youth center so is quiet and just around the bend from one of the main thoroughfares. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is nice with shower partitioned from the rest of the bathroom. The wifi is very slow and buffers a lot — but when in Brunei, do you really need to be connected all the time? Be happy! Overall, the staff were pleasant and accommodating. Would recommend travelers to stay here.
