Although the property and rooms are dated, they are clean and provide a functional experience via the bathroom, chairs to sit and read and TV plus having a fridge and microwave. And the outside and surrounding area is nice to walk around, especially down to the river. The continental breakfast was lovely with a good selection of items to choose from. And the desk receptionist was kind and helpful.

Get-away

2 nights away for a get away and checking out some areas for atving in the fall. Great motel. Better than i was expecting. The room was cozy and the tv acty works (past experiences with tvs at other hotels this yr have not been great when you don't understand internet tv systems). I booked also because of the pool which looked great but we didn't get a chance to use it. The breakfast in the mornings was also great. Best make your own waffles, cereals, muffins, juices, hard boiled eggs. We will definitely be returning in the fall for the colors and atving. Staff and check in was quick and friendly.

The buildings are on the older side but our rooms were clean and well maintained. The building door near us tended to slam shut and the AC is a bit loud. Breakfast was nice (options included toast, cereal, fruit, yogurt, muffins, waffle maker) and staff were helpful.

Although the property is a little tired, it was very clean and well located. It’s walking distance to everything. Breakfast offered coffee, tea, juices, boiled eggs, choice of cereal, muffins, toast, English muffins, yogurt, fruit and waffles. It was more than enough to get your day started. I gave the hotel an extra star for their staff. They were super responsive and very friendly. Rhonda at the front desk was amazing and extremely helpful!
