Hotel was ok until we saw a mouse run across the floor in the breakfast service area whilst we were having drinks in the evening

Closed for renovations
When we arrived, the hotel was surrounded by high wire fencing preventing us from getting to the front door. Staff at a nearby restaurant told us the hotel had been closed for renovations for two weeks, starting the day we left on our trip. We were able to find alternate accommodation.

Disappointing
The hotel was being renovated. We were not made aware of this before our stay. There was no hof breakfast just a box containing a box of concentrated orange, a biscuit, granola and raisins. No other services open. Very disappointing. Had we been aware we would not have booked. Why didn't Holiday Inn make an arrangement with Toby Carvery next door to breakfast there.

Comfortable, convenient hotel for Banbury.
This hotel is clean, comfortable & very handy for Banbury being just off the M40. There are two restaurants within a few minutes walk for evening meals etc. This hotel is excellent value for travellers & families alike.

Nice Hotel near to home that was overflowing
Suited our purpose --- my house was full of guests from Netherlands & Liverpool --- I needed a bed close by ( in walking distance & reasonable ) !!
