Waited over 35 mins for staff to appear in locked office, with another guest who'd been waiting for 15 mins already after being checked in and given a key to a room that was already occupied! I was checked in, finally, walked to my room at the back of property and saw about 6 obvious prostitutes going from room to room...I left. Did not trust cleanliness or safety of the property. Sometimes you get what you pay for. Used to be a big Red Roof fan -- brand has gone WAY downhill. Stay somewhere else.

Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been too. Not safe. And they said I smoked in the room when I’m not even a smoker. Whole room smelled like human feices from the bathroom (handicapped) room

The room looked clean from afar. There were hairs on toilet seat, and the bathroom had a lot of cracks that needed to be sealed. I killed a huge spider in the tub and another one got away through a crack. There was no hand soap in the dispenser or no bars of soap to wash hands. Also, I got to the lobby at 215 to see if early check in was available. It wasn’t which was fine. I came back at 3:00 sharp and still nothing was available. I had to wait and there was no type of urgency or care that it was a lobby full of travelers that had reservations and no available rooms at check in. Why allow a reservation if nothing is available? Why is nothing available when check out is at 11am? I had somewhere to be and knew I wouldn’t need the room other than somewhere to lay my head so I guess the saying, you get what you pay for applies.

This was a pleasant and very affordable stay. The bed linen was very comfortable as was the bed. I would not hesitate to stay again when shopping for a budget friendly hotel near the airport.
