The location was idea for the event we were attending. The hotel staff was great. The heat in the room was not functioning property, a staff member made a call to switch rooms and brought the new room keys to us immediately.

Lord Baltimore Hotel Stay...

First trip to the Inner Harbour and it was amazing, aside from the freezing temps. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions for places to dine and entertainment. It was cool staying in a historically alleged haunted establishment, per the hotel's info facts within the elevators. The only downside was the heat in our room never warmed up, couldn't turn off the fan so it blew cool air our entire stay. For a last minute booking, it turned out great and was close to everywhere we wanted to go! Would stay there again!!
