Love the Lord Baltimore!

Hubby and I stayed overnight because we were going to a concert. The first room we walked into had drywall powder and painters tape in the bathroom, which is the only reason I gave 4 stars for condition . I called the front desk, and they quickly moved us to another room. That room was perfect. The only "problem," and it wasn't much of a problem, is that the towel bar was very loose. It fell off when I touched it the first time, but I was able to put it back up easily. The bed was super comfy and the room was clean and neat. The whole hotel smelled good, like clean laundry, which I appreciated. All of the staff was super nice, especially the lady who checked us in. I wish I had gotten her name! Also, I got coffee in the morning from the little cafe there, and that was also awesome! Nice strong coffee and some delicious croissants! That was actually our 2nd stay here, and if we're ever in the area again, we'll stay here!

Great old hotel. Convenient walking distance to the Orioles game. Room was clean and spacious. AC worked well. Tough to find a spot to park up in arrival. We had a valet credit thru Expedia so used the valet parking. Can't attest to availability of alternate parking. Every staff member we encountered was extremely helpful and pleasant. Would stay again!

Hotel room was horrible housekeeping only had left one wash cloth. The food at the restaurant was horrible the room didn’t look clean. The room didn’t look like the room that I seen online. I will return to that hotel or I will not let anyone that I know stay at the Lord hotel if Baltimore it’s was wasted of money and my time

We stayed with my son who is in a wheelchair the elevators are so small him plus 2 people is all it fit to get us plus our 2 carton size suitcases was a crammed situation. Although the room size was large and we could move around it was really run down the carpet was fraying and the headboards were peeling. As for the valet it was a joke! I was told when I pulled up in an accessible vehicle they aren’t allowed to park that type of car. They also told me that clearance was 6’ I could find self parking g if I could find it with the game and a concert going on. They offered to park it on the street but no promise it wouldn’t be messed with by homeless people exact words! After finding my own garage to park it in they magically could fit it in the other the 6’6” clearance. The handicap button on the only door to get in with a wheel chair was broken and they put the luggage carts on the ramp. Just a total shot show! It was walkable to the game.

Summer weekday trip

We ended up pivoting to the Lord Baltimore after a scheduling snafu with the other accommodations that we had booked for our week in Baltimore and hoped for the best! The hotel is beautiful, each inch adorned with art deco style of the time that it was built. The room was very warm upon our arrival, however the A/C got us cooled down after closing the blinds. The elevators were a bit shaky, but the overall vibe was beautiful. All of the staff that we encountered were very helpful and extremely nice. We would definitely stay here again.
