Had a great stay at the Hampton Inn! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the free breakfast was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Room 226 window view is terrible and noisy. too many utilities right out the window. Noisy, it rained and water puddled. The barn door for the bathroom was pretty but very unsafe the handle kept pinching our fingers badly this is a hazard. I checked closely and saw that it might have been moved from one spot to another patched wholes where visible. The hotel can get a lawsuit if the door brakes someone’s finger.

What a pleasant surprise!

My room was so perfect and clean I felt like I was the first person to ever stay there! The hot breakfast was a pleasant surprise as well -- I was expecting just muffins and fruit. I do wish I had taken the time in advance to figure out the unusual parking option off-site. By the time I learned about it (at check-in) I had already paid for 3 hours of street parking.

I stayed for two nights and was disappointed the room did not get cleaned for my second night. I had to put trash and used towels in the hallway when I returned after the first day. Hotel was nice but I would not have stayed if I had known in advance the room would not be cleaned for my second night.

The breakfast was phenomenal I stayed here with two babies 2 & 3 years old and we enjoyed every bit of our stay. They made sure any discrepancies we have they over compensated I can’t wait to go back.

Bright & clean

Bright and clean fairly new hotel. Front desk staff was very courteous with check in/ out and parking validation. Breakfast ok, but eggs could have been warmer. Have to call out the elevators though - the fastest moving elevators I've ever been on!

Overall property and room is clean and safe. 2 things that attracted me to the hotel were not working. The outside firepit did not work. They came once to look on it and did not work for my stay of 3 days and 2 nights. They also had to close the pool after I reported that the pool was green and cloudy. The reopened the pool after closing it for the rest of the night of my report and the next day. The pool was more blue and cloudy, so I didn’t feel safe using it.

Traveled for a lacrosse tournament at Towson Univ. This hotel is about as close as you can get, 6-8 min drive up the road to the school. There is no parking at this location - you either hope you can grab one of 5 street parking (that you have to pay for every 3 hours during the day) or park up the block at the garage. I was not aware of this nor was several others checking in. There are handful of spots out front of the hotel that are designed for unloading luggage etc. The hotel didn't do a very good job at policing this as people were often just parking there making it difficult to drop/pick things up. The hotel itself was pretty clean for the amount of people staying. Breakfast was good - lots of different choices both hot and cold. We traveled a night earlier than our original reservation due to traffic concerns coming from NY. When I checked in, they said it was fine and we wouldn't have to change rooms. That evening I got a text advising to come to the front desk in the morning we would have to change rooms. They stated my original reservation was for a 2 queen large room, which was bigger than the one we were occupying. We were slightly annoyed as we had wanted to go into DC in the morning and this was going to slightly interrupt this. I went to the desk first thing and they gave us a new room/card. We transferred rooms from the 2nd floor to the 4th. Toilet didn't flush correctly & shower door wouldn't stay closed. Go figure! Gym was nice - very big for hotel.
