Room was dirty a really bad odor room totally different from website really nasty the cleaning staff when requested cleaning she sweep leveling garbage behind when told her to mop floor to one cup of water wet floor and with a dry swifter she mop floor still dirty and stinky don’t recommend at all

This place need a serious upgrade . The room was nasty . The tub was dirty , curtains was dirty omg carpet and chairs need to be clean . I would stay ever again . It’s a shame that the owner don’t fix their property. The worst experience.

This hotel was disgusting when I walked in the hotel room the light switch didn’t work I had to keep playing with the switch in order for it to work, Their was a pa k of cigarettes left on the table and the room had bed bugs I woke up to my body bit up me and my 9 year old son and when I complaint to the front desk they were very Argumentative all five of them came out saying we live here and we haven’t been bit up this hotel need to be closed down I will never stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I will be reporting this hotel to the health department ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in
This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Booked a suite, with whirlpool. When entering the room the door would properly lock and outside light was shining through. The front panel of the whirlpool was hanging off and water was running from the access panel. Lamp shades looked like someone had punched holes in them. ( see pictures)The whirlpool tub had no drain plug or working control handle. It was absolutely filthy. (See pictures). Called front desk twice no one answered. We tried to find another hotel close by and everything was booked. So after traveling all day we decided to make the best of it. Not everything was a negative, had plenty of hot water in the shower, the TV did work and had a few movie channels. The fridge would keep items cold, half way through the night the heater stopped working and the room was extremely cold. In the morning I went to the front desk and explained the situation and the first lady at the desk had a language barrier issue, when the manager returned I told her without a doubt this was the dirtiest Day’s Inn I have ever been in and the issues with the whirlpool and the condition of our room. She just said “ well sorry” I asked for a copy of the receipt and she said she couldn’t do that. Please do not stay here, the pictures I am forwarding on to Day’s Inn corporate.
