Hotel charges $1.00 for the safe in the room, whether you use it or not. This is in addition to the "all inclusive" price Expedia shows and is paid at the property. Even the front desk person said it was a scam and an easy way to make a couple hundred dollars without effort.
Room was not well cleaned. There was old gum stuck on the carpet next to the bed and hair on the shower wall. There was nothing left at the grab & go breakfast station at 8am. The counter staff were very nice for both check-in and check-out.
Property very convenient to Convention center lots of restaurants within walking distance. After booking received email pool closed, restaurant closed. Breakfast was not good. Front desk staff very nice and helpful
The hotel has seen better days. Maintenance and upkeep is needed. The first room I checked into had no hot water at the sink. The second room had some broken sink and tub fixtures, but worked for my needs. The floor carpeting had several stained areas. The hallway leading to my new room was excessively hot (roastingly). Luckily the room AC countered the heat and made the room bearable.
