The hotel didn't even have a way to purchase water or drinks and there were no courtesy bottles provided. The mattress was so soft it was a "V". The heating / air system was not working and our room was over 75 degrees the entire time. There is no space in the front of the hotel for loading or unloading. Employees were not friendly or helpful.

This property is what you want for cheap price but great location in the city. This is for the guys weekend ball game or vacation. Do not bring your lady for a great hotel getaway experience… NO!!!!

Disgusting, do not stay here!
Check in was simple and easy. After arriving to our room, it was extremely dark, unkept, low ceilings with patches in it that haven’t been painted. We proceeded to unpack and settle in when my children noticed bugs in our beds. We took pictures, talked to the front desk and were given another room that wasn’t comparable to ours (a single w a pull out vs two beds for a family of 4). New room did not have bugs after we looked everywhere but wasn’t very clean. Soap grime all in the tub and drain, popcorn kernels all over the floor which weren’t swept up, no mirror in the bathroom. It was something to say the least!! Finally resettled in at 10:30pm disgusted by what we saw. Was told to call the manager on Monday as he would not be in all weekend. After a heated conversation and manager unwilling to do anything until after the exterminator came… we were ultimately refunded the money. But ugh, it was gross.

The non smoking room smelled like smoke. The showers and shower curtains were disgusting. The staff were unfriendly. The bedding have fresh food stains on it as if they never changed the blankets. I slept in the chair. No parking should be advertised as much as the amenities are advertised.
