The light in the bathroom did not work, there was no milk with the tea/coffee facilities and the free to air TV did not work unless you streamed it from your own personal hotspot.

The only thing was the aircon in my room did not seem to get too cold and the shower not hot water almost cold

We paid for 5ppl but were only supplied with 2 towels, we had to ask for more. We also had to ask for toilet paper as we were only supplied with a very small amount on the roll with no spare roll supplied. At 9.30am on day of departure I had the cleaner walk into my room unannounced while we were still in the room (check out is 10am). Rooms could be cleaner, there was a dirty handprint on the wall in bathroom that looked like mud (I hope it was mud). We checked in on an extremely hot day & the AC hadn’t been turned on for us prior, not a necessity but it would have been nice to walk into a cool room instead of a stuffy hot room, the AC then struggled to cool the room down. Rooms are old & dated but ok for the price

Toilet roll up on high window ledge no holder. I'm short. Air conditioner not working properly. Open, used carton milk in fridge for our use. Room not very clean, found items under bed when checking we hadnt left anything behind. Staff complained about the about we had to pay as booked thru Wotif, said we should be paying more.

It was clean, linen and towels good. The second room I booked had no lighting in the bathroom. No milk in the fridge and limited tea/coffee sachets. On the whole it was good just a few little things need fixing/updating. My screen door had no handle on the inside so I couldn’t close it.
