The staff was sensational! We flew in from the United States and they were able to get us an early check in (about 4 hours early). Sooo helpful and nice! Room was a little smaller than expected but was still comfortable. Excellent location! Hated they did not have any parking but they referred us to a parking garage that was a short walking distance. Room service is a limited menu, especially after 9pm.
