staff was never at the desk when needed and they had to be summoned by knocking on employee door. i am handicapped and the entrance to room was extremely difficult. it was about 1 and half inches high and i had to get out of wheelchair and pull wheelchair into room. Leaving room was ok. Maybe they should have a handicap room with better entrance.
