We booked an "accessible" room in September and confirmed and paid for this room. When we arrived we were told that room was not available & they gave us a room next to the pool. It was New Years Eve and they had a very loud party outside by the pool. We had been traveling since 3 am. and were hoping to get some sleep. It was IMPOSSIBLE to sleep. It began to slow down by around 10:30 but continued until sometime in the morning. After putting my earphones in with Music & THEN covering that with earmuffs (I had traveled from 10 degree weather in CT) I was able to fall asleep but noise would continue to wake me every couple of hours until around 2:00 am. So Not Good. Also at dinner the main course was excellent, but dessert - brownies took 1/2 hour to arrive & were burnt black - not edible. They did not even take the cost of the brownies off our bill. We left a tip because we did not want to ruin New Years Eve for the waitress but truthfully it was the worst STAY EVER!

Long wait with very few people in the line up. Flew into Liberia New Year’s Eve day. No indication when booking that there would be a New Year’s party outside right below my window until 1:00 am(2am my time). Got no sleep.

The staff are super friendly, the hotel and rooms were very clean. Free shuttle to and from airport which was great. Overall it was quiet however my last night there from 6-10 pm they were hosting a party with a DJ and karaoke. Needless to say it was incredibly loud where my room was located making it hard to relax and get to sleep. I also don’t like that the windows don’t open.

The breakfast was $35.00 US so very expensive. The food is ok. I had to wait for 45 minutes for my check in so it was awful. Somebody told me that it was the same thing the day after so I don’t know if it’s always like this. They should put more people when it’s ‘check in’ time. I am never going to come back

The air conditioning in the room worked intermittently all night. We had periods when the room was very hot and then it would be freezing. Pillows were mediocre. Bed was fine. The staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful. Tried calling the front desk from our room twice and they never picked up.

Huge line ups at the desk at check in. Took an hour to check in. Rude servers at the restaurant who didn’t want to give us our complementary Gold Member drinks. Booked a bus to the airport for four of us and when we arrived they said we wouldn’t fit and they could only take two of us.

The dinner we had was great. Our servers was very attentive. Room clean. Bed not comfortable. AC was extremely noisy. It was like being on a factory floor manufacturing wind turbines. 4th floor. Can’t recommend this hotel because of that. Not a good sleep for even one night. We will book elsewhere in the future.

It was an overnight stay for an early flight. Instead of staying in Tamarindo and take the bus early, we decided to book at the Hilton. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and shuttle was good too. I was too tired to make it to the restaurant. Pool was right outside our room. No complaint and will stay here again.
